Vanessa has been a passionate stylist for over 20 years. She takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service and client care. Once you are in her chair, you are a part of the Rendezvous family. She specializes in advanced blonde techniques, fantasy color, and low maintenance; lived in cuts and color. She is certified in hand tied and tape-in hair extensions, and has taken extensive training in multiple cutting and coloring techniques. She utilizes techniques such as balayage, foilayage, babylights, teasylights, and traditional foiling to make your hair dreams a reality. She doesn't believe that any hair technique is one size fits all and she will completely customize color services for each individual guest. She has experience in high fashion runway, and editorial work, however, her passion lies behind the chair working with her guests, and working beside other hairdressers. She loves all transformations big or small, and will work within your comfort zone to achieve the hair of your dreams. She will always take time and care to educate her guests on maintaining their hair investment at home + keep their hair in optimal condition at all times. She believes that time spent at the salon is important self care and she will go above and beyond to give her guests an incredible experience. Outside of the salon she is a mom, band mom, cat mom, lizard mom and enjoys winding down with horror movies, fantasy tv, trashy reality shows and wearing mumus.

She specializes in razor cutting, multidimensional color, gender affirming services, and listening. Whether you're maintaining an existing look, reinventing your style, or anything in between, Dakota is committed to ensuring you are thrilled with your experience every time. Eager to listen, she welcomes her clients to have as little or as much input in the details as they'd like, and loves to customize and personalize each service for every human. She firmly believes that when people FEEL good, every aspect of their life is elevated, and she aspires to make the world a better place by uplifting folks one at a time. Audrey has a strong passion for her clients and craft. She loves doing vibrant fantasy color as well as beautiful natural color. Audrey loves helping her clients find a style that is uniquely their own. She loves reading, tea parties, and adventures. In her own words, "I love Rendezvous. Every time I came in as a client I had a great time and left feeling beautiful, powerful, and loved. Now, I feel so fortunate to work at Rendezvous and to help others feel the way I did. Audrey is patient and would rather listen than talk, but, she is also feisty and fiercely loyal. Her shears are her wand, and she will make you feel magical.

Think your really sweet but really cool girl next door. This colorful, queer babe loves creating art while helping people feel like their best self. She loves doing all kinds of hair but says if she HAD to choose, she’d say her favorites are short/edgy cuts, shags and mullets, big transformations, all the fantasy and rainbow colors, as well as balayage and blondes. Ok, she can’t choose. She really just wants to see you in her chair so she has a chance to make your day.

Jess specializes in razor cutting, shag haircut styles, color correction, fantasy color, blonding, and creative placement.

Erin has been a stylist for over 20 years. Trends come and go but her main focus is transformations. Anything from creating bangs to large changes in color can change your life. Making her clients feel confident and beautiful is always her ultimate goal. Working with all textures from wavy to super curly are always welcome in her chair. She has had a lot of continuing education that always helps take her career to the next level. She is a DevaCurl certified stylist and has even worked with Arrojo Studios and Bumble and Bumble in NYC.
She is proud of being a stylist at Rendezvous Hair Salon because of how inclusive the space is. We are a safer place salon and are heavily involved in the LGBTQIA+ community. She is here to stay and loves making art and bringing confidence to people’s lives.
