What services do you offer?

We offer traditional and alternative color + cuts. Facial waxing, Brazilian Blowout, tape in extensions, hair lamination, Luminary manicures, and Gel X manicures, and gender affirming services.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Why do i have to have a color consult as a new client?
We have street parking available on Summit St. and surrounding streets. Please read signs as there may be exceptions. We also have a parking lot located directly behind the salon that we share with Evolved Body Art. Please do NOT park at Used Kids Record Store, you may be towed. All areas are park at your own risk!
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We totally get that you might want to bring a friend to hang out during your service, but because our space is limited (and we take safety seriously), we ask that you come solo to your appointment. This helps keep the salon comfortable, focused, and safe for everyone, and gives your stylist the space to work their magic! If you do have a guest with you, we kindly ask that they leave the premises for the duration of your service.
What if i dont like my results?

If you are not completely thrilled with your cut/color, please call us within 7 days of your original service and we will do our best to make it perfect for you! Please note that Rendezvous Hair Salon does not offer complimentary services as a result of change of mind or direction with haircuts or color. Our adjustments cover things such as a change in toner, missed hair during a haircut, or if anything was found to be uneven.
Our 7 day guarantee does NOT cover color corrections. Due to the sensitive nature of corrective color and fantasy color services, results may vary greatly. We always do our absolute best to make sure that we cover everything that could happen during your consultation, however, color corrective services can be unpredictable until we start the coloring process. Especially services going from dark color or box color to blonde. These services often require several sessions to achieve your hair goals and unfortunately cannot fall under our 7 day guarantee. Fantasy colors may last anywhere between 3-6 shampoos. Due to the high level of fading with these services, proper aftercare and aftercare products are required. We cannot guarantee any fantasy color services once they leave our salon. Expect to be in the salon every 4-6 weeks for a color refresh. These services require regular salon visits and can be very high maintenance. We can always mix up a color refreshing conditioner for you to purchase and refresh your color at home!
All salon services are final sale. We do not issue monetary refunds for services rendered. Hair is a collaborative process, and results may vary depending on many factors including, but not limited to, previous chemical history, at home maintenance, hair health, scalp health, hair texture etc. We will always do our best within reason to recreate any look that you bring to us. We will also do our best to be honest with our clients and manage expectations as best we can!
Our consultations are always free of charge and will help us determine the length of time, pricing, and the desired result of your service. We firmly believe that quality services start with building a relationship and trust. We want you to be sure that your stylist is the best fit for you and for the stylist to feel the same way! VIBES ARE EVERYTHING! We know that if you vibe with your stylist during your consult, that we are setting you and your stylist up for a successful service. We also firmly believe that our stylists have autonomy over their own projects, and we want to make sure they are 100% comfy with the results you are asking for!
